Refund & Return Policy – Golden Eagle Deals

1. General Policy

At Golden Eagle Deals, we offer products at significantly reduced prices as overstock deals. Due to the nature of our pricing, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. No Full Refund Guarantee

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for products after purchase, except in limited and verified cases outlined below.
We do not guarantee full refunds.

3. Eligible Cases (Exceptions Only)

We may review claims in the following situations:

• Item arrives damaged

• Item is defective or not functioning

• Wrong item received

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence.

4. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we reserve the right to choose the appropriate resolution:

• Partial refund, OR

• Replacement of the product, subject to availability

Full refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our sole discretion.

5. Return Conditions

To qualify for any resolution:

• Item must be unused and in original condition (unless defective)

• Must include original packaging

• Return must be approved before shipping

6. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

• The customer is also responsible for shipping fees for replacement items

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

• Clearance / final sale items

• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused or returned due to incorrect address:

• Customer is responsible for reshipping costs

• Original shipping fees will not be refunded

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Golden Eagle Deals shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Improper use of products

• Any damages occurring after delivery
